卓越的经营模式

EIPMBee-Best©工具是根据,已被公认的欧洲质量管理基金会的卓越经营模型为框架(EFQM © Business Excellence Model), 为外部资源的采购和管理的评估而定制。它可以应用于任何组织,无论组织大小,无论什么部门或部门成熟度如何。模型标准包括5个促成因素和4个结果:

促成因素

促成因素是一个组织需要发展和实施他的战略而做的事。这包括有:领导力、战略、人、伙伴关系和资源、流程、产品和服务。

结果

结果是指,公司在一些关键领域实际实现价值而获得的成就,这些成就符合他们的战略目标。它们是:客户的结果、人的结果、社会的结果和关键的结果。

基准测试结果

可以通过Bee-Best©测评平台,以一定的节奏进行测评,并按个人需要的顺序进行分段测评。当公司确认需要测评的时候,测评工具仍然是一个在线测评的方式。

一旦确认测评,此工具会最终计算测评得分,并根据组织的特征,例如经营活动、公司规模、所在区域等,和组织的具体参数,对组织与其他公司进行比较,并提供最终的测评结果。

这三个数据显示的是得分的对比数据,包括,测评组织的得分,行业组织平均得分和优秀获奖组织的得分。
